At The Buck Law Group, we do two things. We do land use and environmental law, and we handle civil litigation and appeals. That's it. And we come to work to work.

We're not a full-service law firm. We don't do UCC filings or trusts or admiralty. If you're the genius who just invented the next great leap forward in nano- technology, we might offer you our frank admiration, but somebody else is going to have to help you patent it.

We take the same approach to all of our work – we'll use every ounce of our energy, our creativity, and our know-how to try to find a solution short of a fight.

We understand our clients don't like being in court – we love it, but we're a little peculiar that way – and we have decades of experience finding creative ways to keep our clients from having to fight it out in court. But if settlement is impossible or disadvantageous to our client, if it has to be a knock-down, drag-out fight, then we'll roll up our sleeves and wade in.
